		<description>Owen,   I&#039;d flagged these articles and was glad to read your take on their perspective. It is good to see your measured optimism about the future of journalism, of news. I&#039;m convinced you&#039;re right, and that Josh Marshall was right today, too. The next period of chaos will be terribly unnerving to the folks who make a living &#039;doing&#039; journalism but I think chaos is always generative and frankly, a new era of ongoing change will bring us some fine models that will, more and less, serve us well.  

As a side note, I think a lot about the book publishing business and how that can evolve as creatively as the news industry.  I&#039;d be interested to hear your thoughts on that sometime, when you have time.
